London – Day 2

After a chilly breakfast at Cafe 1001, and a hot macchiato at Exmouth Coffee, we headed to the Tower of London. The first time we visited London, we were just too late to get access to the Tower, so we were looking forward to be ably to actually visit it this time.
Apparently a cold day in February is an excellent day to avoid queues: there weren’t any!

London – Day 1 continued

The second part of the day was decidedly more beery…
We had our first beer with a delicious pizza at BrewDog Homerton, the newest addition to the chain in London.
We were told to visit the nearby Howling Hops brewery taproom, and we were happy we did: such a cool place!
Then it was time to properly get started with the Bermondsey Beer Mile. First we went to Fourpure, then Brew By Numbers, and to conclude our first visit, The Bottle Shop, which had a Pressure Drop tap takeover.
For our last tipple we went to BrewDog Shoreditch, within walking distance of our hotel.

London- (Full) Day 1

Our first complete day started well with coffee and breakfast at Nude Espresso.
When you’re in Spitalfields, you have to visit the (ho)spital museum, so we did.
Afterward we went to Sutton House, to discover its history.

Beards & BrewDogs

After a very warm welcome, a tour of the brewery, and a couple of drinks at Weird Beard, we went to BrewDog Shepherds Bush for a beer and a bite, and to BrewDog Camden for a couple more drinks. A great start of this weekend in London!

East & West London

Arrived a minute early — so no complaints there — then we went to our hotel — hub Spitalfields — to check in and have a quick play-around with the app operated controls.
Now it’s time to really get started: off to Weird Beard first, then to BrewDog Shepherds Bush and BrewDog Camden!
